Return Policy
PawPour will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item has no visible signs of damage.
- All original packaging is intact.
- Any signs of damage or missing packaging will void the PawPour guarantee.
- Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the purchase date.
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we may require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you’d like to exchange your PawPour Flow Pro, please contact hello@pawpour.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for returned items.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without a tracking number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for your financial institution to post the refund. If it hasn’t appeared after this period, contact us at hello@pawpour.com for further assistance.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your PawPour Flow Pro arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@pawpour.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damage and your order number in your email.
- Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored. We use delivery confirmation timestamps provided by the carrier to verify claims.
