Shipping Policy

At PawPour, we partner with leading international shipping companies, including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. These companies collaborate with local couriers to ensure your order is delivered straight to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

Order Processing & Payment

  • Payments are processed at the time of your order and are subject to verification and approval. Processing may take a few days.
  • To prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring further verification may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Process

  • We require 2-5 business days on average to fulfill orders and prepare them for shipping. This time may extend to up to 10 business days during peak seasons or for popular items with stock issues.
  • Once an order has entered our shipping department, no changes can be made, including address updates.
  • We ship during business days only (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • After shipping, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details.
  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to varied supplier locations.

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include a tracking number, sent via email when your package is dispatched.
  • Some shipping carriers may take a few days to update tracking information.
  • If there is no tracking update within 5 business days of your shipping notification, please contact us for assistance.

While we strive to meet these timelines, PawPour is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as customs, weather, holidays, or labor disputes.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

  • International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • If a shipment is refused or returned, you will be responsible for any associated import taxes and return shipping fees.
  • For additional information, please contact your local customs office.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • PawPour is not liable for packages reported as lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Note: We rely on the carrier's tracking and delivery confirmation when assessing claims and may not honor requests if reports are delayed.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately, and address changes cannot be made.
  • Orders processed through our shipping department cannot be retrieved or redirected.
